Petros Petrakis is an acclaimed and award-winning designer with over 13 years of design experience. Choosing to specialize in the Broadcast industry, his site designs and micro sites have earned numerous awards which include three prestigious Gold BDA Awards and two Silver BDA Awards. First entering the field in 1993, his clients over the years of working for several agencies include Toronto Life, Nelvana, Tucows and Melleny Melody.  Since 2001 Petros decided to focus on interactive properties for broadcasters which include full site redesigns, micro sites and viral marketing campaigns. As a freelance designer, his current and past clients include Family Channel, Teletoon, The Movie Network, Super Ecran, Mpix, Viewers Choice, Canal Indigo, Cinepop and Decode Entertainment. One of his rare gifts is the ability to successfully translate on-air elements into online elements to convey a cohesive brand experience between a television network’s on-air and online presence.
